I am a certified Hypnotherapist and a certified NLP practitioner.
For much of my life, I’ve been on a journey to understand healing—trying different approaches, looking for ways to feel lighter, calmer, and more like myself. When I discovered hypnosis and NLP, it truly changed my life. I know firsthand how trauma can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who you are. Sometimes the impact runs deeper than we even realize—and that’s okay.
I work with others who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or weighed down by their past. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and paced for you, because I understand that trauma is unpredictable. I create a safe, supportive space where you can release old fears and patterns, reconnect with yourself, and start finding peace and clarity again.
I’ve walked this path myself, and I know how much courage it takes to take the first step. My goal is simple: to meet you where you are, help you feel seen, and walk alongside you as you rediscover your strength, confidence, and sense of calm.
